Do Levi's shirts run small?

I have been wearing Levi jeans and shirts for close to 60 years. The material has gotten a bit thinner and the sizes seem to be shrinking as the shirts run a bit small but they are the same Levi quality, comfortable fit, and great look.
Similarly, do Dri Fit shirts run small?
They are roomier, order a size smaller than you would usually wear. I am a true large and wear a medium in this shirt.
Furthermore, does Topshop clothing run small? Topshop recently extended its clothing sizes to a UK size 18 (US size 16). But plus-size shoppers aren't happy with the retailer. Topshop clothes already run small, and its expansion to a size 18 hardly caters to plus-size women.
